Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

By using QuickTools — including the PDF tools and image tools available on this site — you agree to the following terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.

What QuickTools Provides

QuickTools provides free online tools for processing PDF files and images — compressing, converting, merging, splitting, editing, and similar operations, as described on each tool's own page. The service is provided as-is, without an account or subscription, and without guarantees of fitness for any particular purpose. Uploads are limited to 20MB per file.

How Your Files Are Handled

Files you upload are processed on our server to perform the specific operation you requested, then automatically deleted, typically within minutes. Full details are in our Privacy Policy. We don't require an account, and we don't sell or share the contents of files you upload.

Your Responsibility for Uploaded Content

You're responsible for the files you upload and for having the right to upload and process them. Don't upload content that's illegal, that you don't own or have permission to use, or that infringes someone else's copyright. You retain ownership of any files you upload — using our tools to process a file doesn't transfer any rights in it to us.

Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available and working correctly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access — the service can be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, technical issues, or reasons outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

QuickTools is provided "as is." We aren't liable for loss or damage resulting from your use of the service, including issues arising from file processing errors, service interruptions, or reliance on the results a tool produces. Always keep a backup of any original file before processing it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
